Our Beef
All of our beef is ASH-free*, grass-fed, and free-range. We source from a handful of local farms and producers, including Wholesome Living Farm, Holly Hill Farm, Brookview Beef, and through Marksbury Farms.

Sustainably raised, ASH-free* pork from Bardstown, Kentucky.
Wholesome Living Farm
Will Muerer and his family farm in Winchester are dedicated to healthy people and a healthy planet. Their pasture-raised chickens produce top-quality eggs that we are proud to serve. We now also serve their beef and pork.
Miller Amish Country Poultry
Amish-raised, small-flock, vegetarian-fed, ASH-free* chicken from Goshen, Indiana.
Heavenly Homestead
Our Heavenly burgers come topped with this aged cheddar cheese. Terry and his family make the cheese by hand. It's non-GMO, grass-fed, pasture-raised, ASH-free*, and delicious.
Martine's Pastries
Only the flavor exceeds the beauty of Martine's exquisite cakes, wedding cakes, and pastries. Her desserts are made with fine ingredients including real butter, cake flour, premium flavorings, and European chocolates. Our famous Nutella chocolate brownies are made by Martine.
Weisenberger Mill
Family-owned since 1865, this Central Kentucky mill has been powered by the creek it sits on since the 1800s. We use their flour in our pancakes and baked goods.
Local Coffee Roasters
We rotate our coffee between several quality local roasters from Winchester and Lexington, including Quills Coffee and Windchime Coffees.
Forest Forager Products
Located right here in the Red River Gorge, we're proud to offer their locally made balms and salves for the body.
Positive Attraction Soaps
Organic, handmade soaps crafted with essential oils, botanicals, and herbs they harvest themselves in Kentucky.
